1. How can i check out with a debit or credit card?

On the checkout page, hit checkout. This will prompt you to the account Login page. Login or continue as guest. This will prompt you to PayPal. On PayPal's screen select the option to continue as guest. Proceed to enter your information.

 

2. I recently made a Pre-Order, where is my tracking information?

Pre-orders are shipped after release upon arrival from retailers. Meaning the shoes will not arrive to you until they arrived to us. Depending on the supplier this may be anywhere from 3-7 business days after release. Your shoes will arrive 2-3 business days after that. Tracking will be uploaded and sent to your email as soon as the shipping label is made and dropped at the post office. 

 

3. I recently Pre-Ordered a pair of shoes, are they guaranteed? 

Pre-Orders are NOT guaranteed, however if we cannot get your pair a full refund will be given. 

 

4. I recently made a purchase (non Pre-Order), when should i receive my order?  

Shoes will ship after 2-3 business days, in most cases earlier. Domestic orders will be received within 2-3 business days.
